Saturday 10/1

Strict press 101
5×5 strict press, ascending weight each set if able to keep core tight

With a partner:
200 barbell squats  95/65    65/45
Can choose back squat, front squat, or overhead squat (or a mix!). Must be taken from the floor. One partner works at a time.
Every minute on the minute, both partners must complete 3 burpees before picking the bar back up. Both partners can do burpees at the same time.
20 min cap.
