Try to increase weight each 4th minute for 3 total weight changes
Get comfortable holding on to the barbell with a moderate-to-heavy weight!

25 Double unders/50 single unders

Skill practice
Partner deadlifts
This is just for fun — do NOT go heavy on weights unless you are very experienced with this partner movement. Our goal is to work on communication and body awareness!

3 rounds
10 partner deadlifts
5 synchronized bar facing burpees
20 med ball sit ups (pass back and forth, 10 reps each)
(Not for time!)

Partners alternate full rounds
5 wall ball 20/14 14/10
5 toes to bar/knee raises
1 squat clean (approx. 65-80% of 1RM)

Skill practice
:30 on, :30 off — alternate between movements for 5 rounds each
Double unders/single unders
Handstand pushups or hand-release pushups
Go for max reps each interval.

Thrusters 95/65 65/45
Bar facing burpees
Go for unbroken sets! We took out the round of 21 and 18 from the infamous 16.5 so you can attempt to go unbroken across all your thrusters, or as close as you can. Hang on to that bar.
