Friday 1/27 — Open Prep

Skill practice
:30 on, :30 off — alternate between movements for 5 rounds each
Double unders/single unders
Handstand pushups or hand-release pushups
Go for max reps each interval.

15-12-9-6-3
Thrusters 95/65 65/45
Bar facing burpees
Go for unbroken sets! We took out the round of 21 and 18 from the infamous 16.5 so you can attempt to go unbroken across all your thrusters, or as close as you can. Hang on to that bar.
