5 Touch & Go power snatches
Try to increase weight each 4th minute for 3 total weight changes
Get comfortable holding on to the barbell with a moderate-to-heavy weight!

5 rounds for time:
5 burpee box jump overs. 24/20. 20/16
5 squat jumps
5 strict pull ups
25 Double unders/50 single unders
