Odd: 10 toes to bar
Even: 5 strict handstand pushups (scaled: strict DB press)

AMRAP 5
25 double unders
5 snatches 75/55. 55/35
Rest 2 minutes
AMRAP 5
25 double unders
5 overhead squats 75/55. 55/35

Don’t overshoot the weight on the bar! Go for unbroken sets of 5 every time if possible. If you can’t hit proper depth on the overhead squat, reduce the weight as needed (even if it’s just a PVC!).
