Movement review:
Air squat
Burpees
Box Jumps

AMRAP 3
5 box jumps
7 burpees
9 air squats
Rest 1 min
Repeat for a total of 4 rounds. Your goal should be trying to hit consistent rounds + reps across all the intervals!
