100 Ring pushups
*everytime you switch, all partners need to complete 5 burpees
100 kb swings 24/16
*everytime you switch, all partners need to complete 10 burpees
100 Calories bike/row
*everytime you switch, all partners need to complete 10 burpees

The workout ends with all partners doing 10 burpees
