Rest 10 minutes**
10 minute bike for meters

During the rest period, let your heart rate settle, but try to stay warm. Every ~2 minutes or so, do a round of 10-15 air squats and jumping jacks.

Keeping it simple today, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be easy! Challenge yourself to stay in it mentally — with a longer time domain, it’s easy to zone out and let your pace plummet, especially on that pesky bike.
