Focus on controlled descent and standing up evenly, aka don’t let your butt/hips shoot up

 

ROW 60/40 Calories
Then do 3 rounds of
10 Pushups
16 Walking Lunges
RX = Do all 3 rounds with a pair of 20LB DBs (15 Women) in hands and never let go of DBs until finished w/ all 3 rounds
SCALED: No weights
