Valentines Day ❤

AMRAP 18, with a partner
50 alternating goblet squats (25 each). 24/16. 16/12
50 alternating box jumps (25 each). 24/20. 20/16
100ft wheelbarrow walk
50 cal bike or row
100ft partner carry (50ft each). Can scale to farmer carry.
Optional 30 second dance party between rounds
