Overhead Holds 3 x 1:00
Use a weighted bar. Attempt to do this fully in lockout position. Squeeze glutes and brace abs for best pelvic and spinal positioning. Choose a weight that is challenging for you.

12 Goblet Squats
20ft Handstand walk or Bear crawl
