Back squat
5×3 at moderate weight – same or more as previous back squat session
Focus on controlled descent and standing up evenly, aka don’t let your butt/hips shoot up

Deadlift 225/155 155/105
Handstand pushups. Scaled: Regular pushups

8 minute cap
“Diane” is meant to be a sprint, so choose a weight you can move quickly with good form.
